What is the delivery timeframe for industrial supply orders?
Our standard delivery time is 24 to 48 hours for products in stock within the Iberian Peninsula. For high-complexity orders or products under manufacture, we will provide a specific estimated delivery time at the time of quotation.
How can I request a formal quotation?

Do you offer technical support for the installation or maintenance of the products?
Yes. As official distributors of leading brands, we offer Specialised technical support and advice for selection, installation and preventive maintenance. State your need for support in the «Subject» field of our form to be contacted by an engineer.
Is there a minimum order for B2B purchases?
We primarily deal with volume and corporate agreements. While most of our brands do not require a strict minimum order, we apply special commercial conditions from a certain volume upwards. Please contact our sales team for bespoke rates and agreements specific to your company.
What are your opening hours?
Our offices are open from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Fridays from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
