Sustainability
Our commitment
At ARSAM, we understand sustainability as a way of managing our activities responsibly, integrating environmental, social and ethical criteria into our decision-making and into our relationships with customers, suppliers, employees and other stakeholders.
Our commitment is reflected in the continuous improvement of our performance, the reduction of our environmental impact, respect for human rights, ethical conduct and the promotion of an increasingly responsible supply chain.
We work to ensure that these principles are embedded in our day-to-day management and evolve in line with the needs of our customers, society and the environment.

Environment and Climate
At ARSAM, we work to progressively reduce the environmental impact of our activities by incorporating efficiency, prevention and continuous improvement criteria into our management.
Our commitment focuses on monitoring consumption, reducing emissions, managing waste responsibly and using resources more efficiently, supported by measurable data that allows us to assess our progress and define new actions.
In addition, we continue to integrate environmental criteria into our processes, facilities, mobility, logistics and supply chain.
People and Human Rights
At ARSAM, we recognise that people are an essential part of our development and the way we do business. We therefore work to promote a safe, respectful and inclusive working environment based on equal opportunities.
Our commitment to human rights extends to our employment and business relationships, promoting respect for human dignity, non-discrimination and responsible working conditions.
These principles are part of the way we manage our organisation and guide the progressive development of our social policies and initiatives.

Responsible Purchasing
We believe that responsible supply chain management is an integral part of our commitment to sustainability. We therefore progressively incorporate environmental, social and ethical criteria into our relationships with suppliers.
We work to promote a more responsible supply chain through supplier assessment, communication of our principles and requirements, and monitoring of sustainability-related aspects, fostering relationships based on trust, transparency and continuous improvement.
This approach allows us to extend our commitments beyond our own operations and to work alongside our suppliers towards an increasingly sustainable supply chain.
Commitments and Assessment
We reinforce our commitment to sustainability by participating in external initiatives, assessments and reporting systems that enable us to benchmark our performance, identify opportunities for improvement and respond to the expectations of our stakeholders.
We are a participant in the United Nations Global Compact and assess our sustainability performance through EcoVadis. We also respond to requests for environmental information through CDP whenever required by our customers or stakeholders.
These initiatives help us move towards increasingly transparent and responsible management aligned with international standards.
